Hans-Christian Haugli, Chairman of the board: Senior executive and innovator with global experience. Former CEO at TelenorObjects, Head at Telenor R&D and CTO at Vistar. Hans-Christian holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications from NTNU.

Truls Petter Berg, Board member and founding member: 20 years of experience from Norwegian and international ICT companies. Elected Leader of the Year in Kapital Data and Chairman in Dataforeningen. Founder of Component Software, Divine Nordic and Innovate.

Jørn Ellefsen, CEO and founder: Master of Economics and Business Administration with 15 years of experience in the ICT business including seven years at Oracle as the company’s sales and strategy director and four years at Computas as a sales, market, and resource allocation manager.
